I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is spacious. The family running it truly puts their heart in every detail. The staff is available and fluent in foreign language, which was of great help in exploring the city with their valuable recommendations. I recommend this welcoming place to all travelers

You have to ring the doorbell downstairs, since the door is always locked but they gave me a key directly after I asked how late at night they answer the door. Helpful young guy at the desk who told us they answer until 1am but just in case we stayed out longer so that was nice. Ok beds, ok everything really. Clean but small. We had a small window with a view into a beautiful yard, but bo access. Still, ok! Breakfast was very sweet (too sweet) with a store bought plastic wrapped croissant, some spread, coffee and a sponge cake but friendly people and we actually planned on going out for brunch really. My advice though is not to take room 21, since it is right next to the tiny breakfast room so around 8 in the morning it got kind of noisy, but we were fine though. They also offer to hold your luggage for you for a while after checkout at 11 for 3€ per room, so that's nice. Also the shower worked but you have to stay in it for a while to get all the shampoo out of your hair because of the low water pressure ;) I would come back i guess, it's close to Termini station and there are some restaurants and mini markets nearby. Good Wi-Fi.

Just spent 2 nights at the hotel. It may be reasonably close to the train station but this really is somewhere I would not recommend to anyone. Our room was in dire need of renovation, it was like a hothouse with one desk fan which provided little comfort. The TV had no international channels, there was no Wi-Fi, the breakfast really did comprise of a bread roll and a bowl of Jam. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed there for 3 nights and I really like it! I recommend this hotel to couple and families. You won´t regret it, if you are visiting Rome and want to experience warm and welcoming italians, just be there:) The location is central and quite, room was comfortable and cleaned every morning. What made my stay special and I would definitely go back because of Marco. The owner is such a great guy, I felt at home. During breakfast, he spent a lot of time to chat and giving me advises about places to see, sharing stories and facts about the history and culture of Rome. The cleaning lady, Giuseppina was very friendly and informative too.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from Termini station. The staff were friendly and helpful; suggesting an itinerary for us during our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and had the basic necessities. Breakfast could be better as we were given a coffee and either a croissant or a roll with cheese and salami. Overall would recommend if you are visiting Rome.
